We no longer have a Government.

I’ve been listening to people attempt to downplay the devastation Obama will bring to America over the next four years. They drone on about how our government’s checks and balances prevent any president from doing too much damage to our nation. Unfortunately this assumes that American government still functions as it was intended to function. People are apparently unaware that our government no longer follows its own laws.

It is absolutely true that the Founding Fathers gave us a system of government that should have protected our nation from the excesses of any single president. However, the checks and balances, balance of powers, and other limitations enshrined in the Constitution (which they now call gridlock), have all been ignored by our current government. Those checks and balances disappeared as soon as those in power realized that they could ignore the law and no one would do anything about it. This leaves America vulnerable to any tyrant capable of winning an election…  Take Obama for instance.

Now that the Constitution is completely ignored, elections determine what the bare majority can inflict upon the other 49% of the population. There are no restraints, no restrictions on governmental authority, no limitations on governmental power, no protection of inalienable rights. Four more years of Obama is scary ONLY because the government ignores the Constitution and BECAUSE there are no longer any separations of powers.

Earlier this year the U.S. Attorney General announced that the President had the legal authority to order the

killing of any person, including a U.S. citizen, without trial. He explained that under certain circumstances, the President can order anyone outside America to be killed. Of course the circumstances are to be determined by Obama and his staff. No due process. No oversight. No appeal. PLAINLY unconstitutional.  but he did it anyway.

A few days after this announcement the Director of the FBI was questioned by a Congressional committee as to whether it applied to U.S. citizens within the borders of the U.S. His answer was that he would have to check the law. He DIDN’T say, “no, that would clearly be unconstitutional.” He DIDN’T say, “That would clearly violate the citizen’s right to not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process.” He DIDN’T immediately respond by saying, “Hell NO, that would be murder.” The highest ranking government official in the federal government’s domestic law enforcement department said he wasn’t sure if the president had authority to unilaterally order the murder of an American citizen on American soil.

A government that ignores its own laws is NOT A GOVERNMENT!!!

It’s just a bunch of bullies asserting the power through coercion and threats. Our government now ignores its own laws. America, as established by our Founding Fathers, was a GREAT country. We must do whatever it takes to get it back. Our daily lives will get worse, MUCH worse, if we don’t throw off this outlaw band of bullies.

One step forward, two steps back:

Last summer the Supreme Court agreed with LLF’s argument in the U.S. v. Arizona case. Liberty Legal Foundation filed an amicus brief that made only one point: That existing Federal Law prohibited the Obama administration from telling Arizona it couldn’t ask for immigration status information on individual arrestees. To the best of their knowledge, no one else made this point to the Court. This was one of the few areas that the Court found in favor of the State of Arizona.

Unfortunately, the Court also told Arizona, and every other state, that States can’t enforce Federal immigration law. This part of the decision was completely unique in American history. This was a huge defeat that leaves no check on the president’s total authority regarding enforcement of immigration law. In the words of dissenting Justice Scalia, the 50 States are no longer sovereign. In the end LLF did what they could, but the Court’s decision on a different part of the case caused much more damage than LLF fixed. They plug one hole, the Court makes a bigger one somewhere else.

The Court also agreed with LLF, to a certain degree, in the Obamacare case. Again, LLF filed an amicus brief. Again, LLF was practically alone in making the most important argument: the commerce clause was never intended to allow Congress to do anything it wants to do. The Court didn’t overturn Wickard v. Filburn, as they wanted, but it did agree that the individual mandate was beyond Congressional authority under the commerce clause. The Court said that even the Wickard standard doesn’t justify the individual mandate.

Unfortunately the Court then issued completely new and completely arbitrary and unexpected precedent granting Congress authority to enforce any regulation Congress can dream up; as long as enforcement is via a fine collected by the IRS. The Court’s Obamacare ruling blew all tax and spend clause precedent out of the water. It opened a completely new avenue for Congress to assert authority that was explicitly denied to Congress by the Founding Fathers. Again, the Court gave LLF what they asked for, but made matters much worse by changing the rules elsewhere.

It seems that federal courts are determined to kill whatever remains of the Constitution. We must find a way to re-establish the rule of law.

We must find a solution before the only solution is armed conflict.  because that is what an oppressed population eventually degrades to…  all out civil war.  Obama has us hurling in that direction.  At some point soon, the producers who are carrying the rest of the parasites on their backs will say no more and either leave the U.S., or join the battle.  either choice is horrible… and they are BOTH the fault of Barack Obama and his parasite followers.

Two Blacks Murder White Woman – No race Hustlers to be found.

Cedartown, Georgia, is a quiet town. Last week there was a gruesome murder. A 27-year-old woman with a four-year-old daughter was stabbed to death. She was delivering pizza to help earn money to take care of her daughter.

Cadedra Cook, 18, and an unnamed 15-year-old male are charged with stabbing Elizabeth Hutchenson, 27, fifty times when she arrived at Cook’s home in Cedartown, Georgia, The Cedartown Standard reports.

Cook and the unnamed 15-year-old male are black, Hutchenson is white.

Where are the race hustlers?

“Gunfire erupted in a church parking lot as a funeral wrapped up Thursday [June 7, 2012] in an Atlanta suburb, leaving two people dead and another two wounded.” The shooters and the victims are black. Kenneth Samuel, the pastor of the church, told reporters, “Shots rang out and the police locked down the church. I was shocked to hear what happened. I had just finished my eulogy and tried to do the best I could to speak to the many teens about valuing life.”

Two former Auburn football players were shot and killed at a party in Alabama. They are black, and so was the shooter.

In February of 2009, in his first major speech after being confirmed as the nation’s first black attorney general, Eric Holder said the following to a crowd celebrating Black History Month:
“Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards.”

There’s not much on which I agree with Eric Holder, but on his claim that we are a nation of cowards when it comes to race, I can agree.

The cowards are the so-called black leaders who engage in race baiting when they publicize an incident that includes blacks so they can use it for political one-upmanship.

The Trayvon Martin shooting is a perfect example. Every day in America blacks kill other blacks, and in the case of the Cedartown woman, whites. The race baiters are nowhere to be found because there is no political capital and money to be made.

Some whites are also cowards. They refuse to engage blacks on this issue. It’s destroying black communities. The only thing self-appointed black leaders can do is call for more government action and more money. Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton have been in the shake-down business for years, using white guilt and fear of boycotts to blackmail businesses to “donate” to their organizations. It’s time we stood up to them no matter how they describe us.

It’s time blacks stop blaming their troubles on whites, the rich, conservatives, slavery, and whatever is the latest fashionable argument for why blacks are killing other blacks. I’ve had enough of it.

The Democrat War on Women

Thanks to leftist Democrat Hilary Rosen’s vicious attack on Ann Romney claiming that she has never had a “real job”, the conservative base of the GOP is now united in one front, to call out marxist leftism. Ann Romney, mother of 5 boys and a survivor of multiple sclerosis and breast cancer, is a testament to the many mothers who made the selfless service of putting their families first.

The whole notion of a right wing war on women is “invented” by Democrats because it turns out the stimulus “didn’t work out so well.” So in a last-ditch effort to appeal to women voters, Democrat marxists are arguing that Republicans are against women…  Yet another bold faced lie from the left.

Obama would have a tough time campaigning on his economic record with rising gas prices (an average of $7 a gallon on Catalina Island in California). The stimulus didn’t work out so well and Obama has a massive problem.  In the last couple of months the Democrat Marxists have invented a phony war on women.

There is no war on women. There’s a war FOR women.  But unless you fall into lock goose step with the Democrat Marxist view that women must bur their bras, vote for the current leftist retard running for office, then you are at war with women. Democrats are truly mentally deranged.

For the moment, the stream of lies seems to be having a minimal effect, but is rapidly backfiring on Democrats.

The disgusting and untrue Class Warfare narrative that Democrats are trying very hard to create is that it was wrong for Ann Romney to be a stay-at-home mother because doing so is a “luxury” most people can’t afford.  The records show that the “poor” Obama family only earned a combined income of $479,062.00 when their daughters were 4 and 7. By comparison the median household income from 2004-2005 in the United States was $46,071.00.

How did that poor Obama family ever manage to get by on just $432,991.00 more than the average U.S. family? Must have been tough. Barack Obama pulled in $162,100.00 that year (2005) which was a whopping $116,029.00 more than the average U.S. family.

And Democrats are pushing the story that they represent the average American because Ann Romney was privileged?  Hypocrite much?

This goes beyond attacking the wife of a presidential candidate. (Something that Barry called ‘out of bounds’ during his run for the nomination…) This is a vile attack on conservative women nationwide. According to the logic of the marxist left, if you choose to raise a child instead of aborting one, you are less of a woman. We have seen countless, vicious and character attacks on women of conservative ideology. Sarah Palin, for example, was criticized and scorned by the marxist left for raising a child with Down syndrome while pursuing her career. Black conservative women are CONSTANTLY being targeted for their belief in the pro-life movement, small government and for their opposition to Obama’s marxist policies.

Obama wants to vocalize his support for women, but the facts say otherwise. Women employees at the White House make 18 percent less of the median salary as do male employees. According to Amy Sullivan of TIME Magazine, the Obama administration is described as a “boy’s club” and suggested that the president has a woman problem. It is reported that senior women staffers are seen and not heard during policy meetings.

It is an outrage that left wing marxists attack women instead of having a constructive dialogue about the core issues affecting Americans today. The REAL war on women is the economic plight that they are experiencing due to big government spending, high unemployment rate, a raking deficit and a incompetent President who is opposed to job creation that will benefit many women in the U.S. today.

The left’s war on women affects the family as a whole. It is indeed the demonizing of the mother figure, the husband that supports her, and the children that have grown to admire her. This war must be stopped and the best way to put it to a stop is at the ballot box in November… Not just to eject Obama and his marxist regime, but to eject every last Democrat Marxist from our Federal, State, and Local governments.

Why do Democrats Hate America?

The answer can be found in the fact that Democrats see life as a zero-sum game. To them, if someone wins that means it must come at the expense of someone else. Success is thus evil as it causes pain and suffering to others. Since America is successful — in fact unprecedentedly so — America, in their eyes, is unprecedentedly evil. Suddenly it makes sense why Democrats continually compare America to the most heinous regimes in history.

The Republican, in contrast, believes the very opposite. The Republican believes that “all ships rise with the tide.” To the Republican success, then, is good and should be encouraged at all levels and to the greatest degree. To the Republican America’s success — and the benefits that brings to the rest of the world — is great.

But that’s not what makes America great to the Republican. Success is amoral. To the Republican it is not a persons or a nation’s success or failure that defines their goodness but rather it is their behavior. To the Democrat behavior is of no significance. To the Democrat good is defined as anything that fails and evil is defined as whatever succeeds.

The Democrats’ hatred of success is not just limited to economics. While America is evil because of our success and corporations are, de facto, evil because they’re successful (and the most successful corporation, Wal-Mart, of course receives the most hatred from the left) the same hatred exists for those who are successful in their studies.

It is for this reason that the Democrat designs policy intended always to reward the failed and punish the successful. Thus when children fail to learn to read and write the Democrat seeks to reward them with a promotion to the next grade anyway. They call it a “social” promotion and it includes all of the benefits one receives for working hard, staying home from the party to study and doing one’s assignments without having to make any of the effort.

At the same time that the Democrat works to reward failure they pursue policies such as the ones we’re seeing on college campuses today where they seek to destroy the valedictorian honor for the best of the best and remove merit as the criteria for awarding the “merit scholarship.” Rather than being a reward for hard work and accomplishment the Democrats seek to turn the merit scholarship into just another welfare program.

Since good and evil is defined not by behaviors but by success and failure the Democrat supports every failed regime on the planet no matter how horrific its system and leader or the cause of its failure.

This is why the Democrats (and their ideological brethren in Europe) so hate Israel and so adore the Palestinians. The fact that Yasser Arafat was a corrupt, mass murdering, terrorist dictator who stole his people’s money, sent fourteen year old brainwashed children out to blow the skulls off of the infidels in Israel and intentionally kept his people in poverty to be used as political pawns is of no significance to the Democrat. The Palestinians are to be championed for their failure and Israel, a democracy with freedom of the press, freedom of speech and freedom of religion, is to be hated for its success.

There is no doubt that Democrats hate America. There is no other possible explanation for their attempts to turn unpleasant weather conditions in an interrogation cell in Cuba or a couple of pairs of panties on the heads of those sworn to murder all infidels (e.g. Americans) into the equivalent of the regimes of Pol Pot and Adolph Hitler. There can be no other explanation for the Democratic Party leadership giving a standing ovation to what they know to be a lie-filled, hate-filled, anti-American propaganda film — one that would be used to incite hatred for America and drum up recruits to massacre its citizens. There can be no other explanation for the most hateful demagogic attacks on America’s Commander-in-Chief at a time of war especially when that is against those who have not only sworn to bring death to America and Americans but have already succeeded in doing so by the thousands.

No, there is no doubt that Democrats hate America — and will do so until they can make us fail.”

Leftist Priorities & Selective Outrage

The causes that are highlighted by our Left-dominated media and made the target of outraged denunciations and agitation by Leftists generally today are remarkable for their selectivity. There seems at first to be no rhyme or reason in what a Leftist will express outrage about.

For instance, Leftists in most of the developed world constantly agonize about the “harsh” treatment that their governments mete out to illegal immigrants, no matter how lenient such treatment actually is. One gets the impression that only complete abandonment of border controls would satisfy Leftists.

The Australian government, for instance, has had great success in deterring illegal immigrants by sending most of them straight to special prisons when they arrive. So Australian Leftists long mounted huge demonstrations against this policy even though the policy had huge support in the Australian community generally, even though the illegals concerned were treated humanely and even though the illegals were probably better housed and fed in their special prisons than they ever were in their homelands. There was also great agony expressed about the “damage” this policy will do to Australia’s international reputation and “experts” were wheeled out to condemn the conditions under which the illegals are housed.

One would think, therefore, that if humane imprisonment of lawbreakers evokes such outrage, mass murder of innocents would induce utter paroxysms of Leftist agitation. And there are plenty of examples of mass murder going on all the time in the world: The incessant massacres of Muslims in India by Hindu fundamentalists and the constant massacres of Christians in the Sudan by Muslim fundamentalists, for instance. So what do we hear from Leftists about these really grave examples of human suffering? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Why? Why are Leftists so amazingly selective in their outrage? Why the hypocritical concern about minor examples of human suffering while they ignore really major examples of human suffering? The answer is obvious.

Leftists are not concerned about human suffering at all. What they seek is to star in a drama where they can play David to someone else’s Goliath.

As with globalization, they want to oppose the consensus. They want to demonstrate in favour of unpopular causes, not causes that would be greeted by the population at large as worthy but too routine or distant to bother about. They are only “compasssionate” about causes that will give them the maximum ego-boost, causes that they believe will enable them to promote their fantasy view of themselves as as kinder and wiser and more caring than the population at large.

Selective Tree hugger Outrage

And if the targets that the Left choose for their outrage seem arbitrary and inconsistent, the selectivity of their “Green” allies is even more amazing. In Australia, for instance, Greenpeace has mounted a sustained campaign to shut down Australia’s only refinery for producing motor fuel from shale. They run around in their beloved rubber boats doing all sorts of obstructive things and intimidate any company that tries to supply motorists using the refinery’s product. Australia’s conservative government has had to introduce special concessionary regulations to keep the refinery company afloat, so severe has been the ECO-Whacko pressure on it.

The King of the mentally challenged leftists Given the constant ECO-Whacko scares about how we are likely to run out of petroleum products in double quick time if we do not mend our evil ways, one might naively expect that they would rejoice at a beginning being made on unlocking the vast reserves of hydrocarbons locked up in shale. Shale is ubiquitous and could potentially supply all our needs for petroleum products for at least hundreds of years. That ECO-Whackos do exactly the opposite and attack shale usage makes clear how much they really hate ordinary people. ECO-Whacko extremists WANT people to be hurt by resource shortages so they frantically oppose anything that will make more resources available.

They justify their attacks on the shale refinery by claiming that is a heavy polluter — which it apparently was to some degree in its startup stages — but now that its pollution levels have been reduced to levels normal for the oil industry the Greenie extremists are in no way mollified.

And the pollution produced in Australia by this one refinery is of course absolutely minuscule compared to sources of atmospheric pollution elsewhere in the world. The now well-known “Asian brown cloud”, for instance, is studiously ignored by Greenies — even though it is a considerable threat to the respiratory health of more than a billion (Yes. Billion, not million) people. This brown haze that constantly lies over India and its neighbours seems mainly to be produced by the Indian practice of using wood fires to cremate their dead and cow dung to fuel cooking fires. It is produced, in fact, by exactly the sort of traditional “sustainable” low-technology village lifestyle that the Greenies are constantly advocating for us all.

The sad fact for Greenies, of course, is that village Indians will only be able to move to less polluting practices as they modernize and move to the more efficient and clean-burning forms of cooking and combustion that are common in the developed world. But spending time advocating that Indians do more to modernize would not at all assuage the hunger for drama and self-advertisement that seems to motivate Greenie activists. They have the same motivations as Leftists so it no wonder that there are so many Red/Green alliances.

The bottom line is simple.  ECO-Whacko are selective terrorists.  just ask the FBI.
